This session introduced practical AI tools designed specifically for smoke damage survivors to help navigate insurance claims and recovery. Andrew Wessels, a smoke damage survivor, demonstrated a custom AI prompt system he developed to streamline communication with insurers, organize claim documents, and identify missing claim elements.
